Location: Boca Raton, FL — In-Office
Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: $75,000 – $125,000+ /year (Commission + Bonuses)
Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Inbound Calls Only. Help individuals under 65 make informed healthcare decisions. You'll handle 100% inbound calls from people actively seeking information about their healthcare options. No cold calling. No door-to-door. No prospecting. 100% of marketing cost is paid by the agency.
What You'll Do
• Answer inbound calls from individuals interested in healthcare coverage options
• Educate prospects on healthcare plans and benefits
• Conduct needs-based consultations and enroll eligible individuals
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the enrollment process
• Follow all compliance guidelines
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Work closely with team leadership to hit individual and team goals
Required
• Active home-state Health Insurance License
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Professional phone presence

Preferred
• Private healthcare sales experience

Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to provide in-office support to clients before and after enrollment. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations.
Responsibilities
• Contact newly enrolled members to welcome them, confirm satisfaction with their enrollment experience, and answer questions regarding their new coverage
• Ensure members have received and understand important enrollment materials, plan information, ID cards, and any additional resources needed for a smooth start with their new plan
• Identify member concerns and coordinate with licensed sales agents, carriers, or management to resolve issues promptly
• Answer inbound calls from the main office line and provide courteous, professional assistance
• Schedule appointments for prospective and existing clients with licensed sales agents
• Accurately document all customer interactions, follow-up activities, and service requests within the company's CRM system
• Maintain confidentiality of member information and ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies
Qualifications
• Minimum of 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience, preferably within the health insurance industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic phone presence
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and standard office technology
